Check out my other items !A wonderful clear cakestand in the very popular and highly sought after "TEXAS" state pattern. Introduced in 1900 by the U.S. Glass Company as part of their states series. The cakestand is 5 3/4 inches high, a base diameter of 4 3/4 inches and the top is about 9 1/4 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition free of chips, nicks and cracks. The cakestand is not sick, cloudy, discolored or have chemical deposits. Some annealing or straw marks as is typical for glass from this era. A wonderful cakestand in a very popular pattern.
