Offered here is a early 'flour can lid' style 5 pound grease tin produced by the Wadhams Oil Company of Milwaukee, Wis. around the teens to 1920's.This less common lid style also has graphics not usually found on the lids of these old tins. In spite of some wear and darkening, the very decorative design can still be plainly seen. This antique can has typical wear, scratches, paint chips, darkening and some dents such as the lower left hand side. The tin stands 5 & 3/8" tall and is 6" in diameter. Tin is empty.A striking old piece of early service station memorabilia.
