Early 1940's RCA Model 45X2 Little Nipper AC/DC Tube Radio Electronically Restored and Plays Beautifully! Up for auction is this clean, well playing RCA tabletop radio. The set has been recapped, re-tubed, aligned and had a new on/off volume switch installed. The cabinet has the original white paint, with a number of very small age-related paint chips. Please see the pictures. The radio plays well and receives lots of stations. This set has the electro-dynamic speaker as well. It had one small rip which was repaired with professionalepoxy not wood glue or scotch tape. This set would make a fine addition to a collection or as a vintage item for the home! Buyer pays shipping. No shipping outside the continental U.S.
