- Fresh from an estate is this very nicely preserved EARLY Nikon F – serial number 6420138. The camera has glossy, unharmed Vulcanite and it works very well. The only issue to mention is the action at slow speeds which is sometimes normal and as expected and sometimes a bit sluggish. The camera has been in estate storage for years and deserves a good cleaning and adjustment which is likely to resolve things. The self-timer works fine – there are a few bright marks but nothing meaningful - the camera was obviously handled rather gingerly and treated with respect.
