You are bidding on art Deco (1930's) Period ring ware bowl. 8 1/4 WIDE BY 4 1/2 TALL SEE ALL PICTURES FOR BEST DESCRIPTION. It not perfect since that's not the usual for this type of very early earthen wear. You can see where the glaze is double in some places and not adhered to in tiny spots & variations in darkening color along the top rim. It has a number 18 on the bottom. I think is it beautiful vintage condition. It does however have one very minor paint scrape The others you may see are just where the glaze didn't bond at the time of firing. And no utensil marks. Unbelievable No Visible cracks or crazing to the glaze. I have lightly dusted it but it is in as found condition. I have not washed it. The dark ring along the edge is not patina its part of the firing process I tried to clean it with alcohol it does not come off. If you know who the maker of this bowl is I would love to know.
