EA Bragg of Illogan, Redruth Real Photograph Series. An early photo-card titled 'Parsonage Pump, Illogan' - an early card and a spot close to home for the Illogan based photographer.Mailed to South Africa in 1906, and, like another of my listings, probably relates to the exodus of miners at the period. huge numbers of these images were mailed to folk who had emigrated in those first years of the 20th Century; lovely, rich and dark tone to the print; very small creases on the top and bottom corners top and bottom on the left; corners knocked; postmark impression visible to the front.
