These are original and most likely English. They are unpolishedexamples of a matched pair of 1830-1850. The center bodies are cast as are the threaded arms. The bobeches and drip cups are turned, threaded as well. 9.125" h x 11.25" across x 6.5" deep. T are no missing or broken pieces. Of course the bobeches do not sit perfectly strait on the end of the arms. Obviously, you may straighten these yourself, with minimal effort. I never polish, alter nor electrify antique brass but of course, these would make an incredible set of electrified sconces for you high-end decorator types. Similar pairs have brought $350-400 on eBay in the past six months; I do not reference others' item numbers but you may do your own research. Please note: Shipping will be $14.00, anyw in the U.S. via Priority Mail. I am listing all of my early brass collection and many other antiques and old books. I also have Chinese porcelain, Japanese Cloisonne, Daguerreotypes and more. I collected for years and have moved on completely now to mid-century modern. I have always had a fair experience buying and selling on eBay and leave it to you to determine the value of these items. As such, this item is listed at a fraction of its value, with no reserve. Anything that I have been "storing" I am now passing on and I hope you all have fun buying it. I will not disappoint
