This is a beautiful piece of CAMARK American Art potteryI have never seen a comparable piece of CAMARK tag on bottom says -shape "140" finish 301"SIZE: 9 1/2" TALL & 5 " at the widestCondition: excellent no chips,cracks or damagewonderful example of early CAMARKoverall crazing which is normal for a piece of this agemarks: original factory labels on bottom[see pic]color/glaze:REDDISH BROWN WITH A TORTOISE SHELL APPEARANCE A MUST FOR ANY SERIOUS CAMARK COLLECTION The Camden Art Tile and Pottery Company was founded in the fall of 1926 inCamden, Arkansas, by Samuel "Jack" Carnes, John Lessell, StephenSebaugh and the Camden Chamber of Commerce.
