EARLY CASIGE ART NOUVEAU IRON & TIN TOY SEWING MACHINE EARLY cast iron & tin sewing machine made in Germany circa 1900. Exquisite design, this machine has been fashioned in Art Nouveau style. Beautiful decoration. Mechanism seems to be is in very good working order to its age and use. Heavy metalwork is in very good condition vintage condition. Painting and decoration are in very good condition to its age and use as pictured, with some wear (see pictures). It is marked to the plate ‘Eagle holding a Key’ and ‘Made in Germany ’. MEASUREMENTS: 9” long to the base, almost 4 ½” across to the widest and 7” to its highest point, weighs 42.30oz ( 1,199 grams ).
