Double your traffic. This is a very interesting chinese bronze censer, i have been told this is probably a Chinese 16th/17th Century Finely Made Bronze Censer , copying the designs of the Shang Dynasty bronzes (1500BC) but later - possibly Ming dynasty. It is superbly decorated with Chinese, archaic symbols, including two striking bats heads, the base has archaic Chinese script marks in relief. It is 10cm high and 11.2cm across the top, in good condition, with a wonderful patina, it actually feels like it has a wax coating - could be a very rare quality early Ming bronze censer, i would prefer viewing on this piece as im unable to guarantee the exact age as ive seen nothing to compare it with, so im selling as unknown age, but my opinion would probably be ming dynasty, viewing is the safest and best option, also info very welcome on this such as what the base mark means, ive also listed some more very rare oriental pieces.
