LOT 102Seller's Estimate: USD 1,000 - 1,500Early "Forbes Field" oversized trolley car sign c. 1910s-20s. Substantive cast metal housing has an interior fabric roll which presently displays "Forbes Field" destination through the front glass window. Far larger than those which we typically encounter (and the first Forbes specific example we can recall), the front face of the sign measures 46" long and stands 15" tall. The enclosure rests 6" tall at highest point when laid flat.
