This is a rare find! This is a full set of 6 vintage French Gien Majolica artichoke plates. All of the six plates are in excellent condition with no cracks,chips or crazing. I have never seen a full set for sale and this set is absolutely gorgeous. Each of the six plates has a center w you would place the artichoke a reservoir for mayonaise and a large area for discarded leaves. Each plate measures approximately 9" across. All six plates are marked on the bottom "Gien" and "France". As with any vintage item condition is open for interpretation. I always try very hard to list each item honestly and accurately. If I miss something it is not an attempt to deceive a buyer but an indication that I am human. With that said bid with confidence, feel free to ask any questions and good luck bidding. These will be bubble wrapped and double boxed to insure safe delivery.
