This offering is a top quality large early mammal tooth! It is from the largest mammal of the Mesozoic, Didelphodon vorax. This was an absolutely huge mammal, coexisting with the giant dinosaurs of the upper Cretaceous! It is a wonderful quality tooth, with extra solid preservation & great enamel definition. The tooth measures 11/16" (12mm) in length. It is from upper Cretaceous age deposits, in the Hell Creek Formation, in Carter County, Montana. Thanks for looking.
