Early Mexico Sterling Concho Belt, Felipe Martinez ? This belt weighs 3.6 oz and is tested as sterling, also marked . See Photos, It measures 26 1/2" long without the hook and 27" long with the hook. The hook is not origional and a hole was drilled to accommodate the hook. There are a lot of similarities in design to Felipe Martinez but it is not signed by him but was only marked MEXICO< Sterling, It has the right swrill design and the link connectors of his style. The center of the conchos are raised and some have been dented in, The belt is as we found it. at one time we were going to make a band out of it for a cowboy hat, just something that never got tended to.
