Here is an antique photo album with 80 turn-of-the-century black and white photos of what I believe to be the Louisiana, Missouri area, specifically Noix Creek, Missouri. The album itself is in terrible shape, with the cover having come off, but almost all of the photos are in great shape. Most of the photos are approx. 4 1/2" by 6 1/2", with a few smaller. Some of the photos are signed ATH, with the T in the center taller than the A and the H. Some of the photos are: "Moon Light - Locust Grove," "Sunset - Boyd's Island," "Lumber Raft -- from Buffalo Island," "Learning to Row," "A Good Place for Bass -- Noix Creek," "Bull Frog Retreat - Cucklebur Slough," "Buffalo Hill," "Cemetery Hill," "The Bridge -- from Burlington Ry," "The Old Canal - Noix Creek," "McMoore Hill," "Buffalo Cemetery," "Marble Head - Frankford Road," "Dug Hill," "Shale Bluffs - Noix Creek," "Louisiana From the Dyke," "The Flood -- Main Street Hill," "Bishop Branch from Ry Bridge," "Chicago Harbor," and many more, some of which I can't read. There are also several photos of flowers. I don't know who took these photos, but they are wonderful early images of the Louisiana, Missouri area. Please pay within 4 days of auctions end. I usually ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and sometimes Saturdays. No international shipping on this one.
