Up for auction is one of a kind Original Russell Patterson Comic Cell Watercolor. Looks to be a an artist pitch for a new comic strip called "Artists and Models" Obviously, the comic didn't make it so this might be the only proof of its existance. Signed by Russell Patterson after a long dialoque that explains each cell. Under his signature ireads" Suggestion for start of Girl Number 'Artists and Models" The painting/sketch is a watercolor on illustration drawing board. A true gem indeed! Just a wonderful collectable from an awsome person. Painting is 19 3/4" wide x 12 3/4" tall. With the matting, the item is 24 3/4" wide x 15" tall. Painting is in great shape but the mounting is worn from being out of a frame for too long. Be sure to check out the all-original Russell Patterson Collection I will be putting up this week. The owner of this collection was personal friends of Mr. Patterson. He would receive original artwork on special occasions as a gift from Patterson himself.
