A plunger/guillotine style salesman's sample paper cutter named THE IDEAL that measures 6" X 5" at the base and has a handled, straight edge style plunger cutter on the edge. It's actually a functional, working cutter that works well and the 5" ruler at one end reads THE IDEAL. It's well made as the opposite edge of the cutter has a separate, cut wood notch pressed into the middle. Winning bidder to pay $7.50 shipping as it's rather heavy for it's size.
