Selling early Sgt. Rock appearances which established the canon of the series! Fantastic Kubert art in all, plus other combat gems by all-star creators Robert Kanigher, Bob Haney, Russ Heath, Irv Novick, and Jerry Grandenetti scattered throughout!Our Army at War # 112 (DC 1961). Classic cover showing the Easy Company roster! But what many miss about this issue is the story, which is one of the more visceral this series put out. You actually feel why Rock panics and thinks of deserting! Backup stories by Jack Abel!Using criterion from the Overstreet Price Guide, this 60-year-old comic is a Very Good/Fine (VG/FN 5.0). It has wear commensurate with the grade. Front cover still has bright, distinct colors. It is intact, complete, and presents well. I did not detect any restoration.Bid with confidence!
