LOVELY EARLY C19TH /C18TH PAINTED GLASS PANEL OR PLAQUE A HUNTSMAN AND HIS DOGS Measurements - Oval - 11 3/4 inches - 30 cm from top to bottom This lovely painting on glass has a lead surround and hangs from a modern chain. Paited on glass, it shows a huntsman with a musket and his hunting dogs, they look like lurchers. It looks wonderful held up to the light, its beautifully painted and looks to have some considerable age. I have no idea what it might have been originally used for.
