Up for bid is a great early Stevens & Co ESCO No.99 twostage shallow water diving air pump with original wood mounting base. I don’t believe the handleis original but it is a good replacement made out of wood. Overall condition is good. It does show its age with moderate wear and light surface rusting in places. It is also dirty as I haven’t tried to clean it at all. It looks like someone drew balloons with a marker on the center post, but it looks like it could be cleaned off. All of the pieces appear to be present. The wood base shows wear and has a bit of rot/water damage on the bottom. The unit does pump air when the handle is rocked back and forth. See pictures for a better idea of condition.
