Tin plate model steam engine driven water fountain. German made no idea of date possibly made by Bing? Pulley driven by a static steam engine. Paint looks original and is discoloured in the bowl area, small chips around the rim, very slight rust in the bowl, paint chipped in a couple of other places. Fountain works but water does leak slightly from the piston when in operation. Approx 11cm high, 15cm bowl width.
