are sterling silver tongs made in U.K. during the early reign of Queen Victoria. They measure 5-3/4" and have the intials CR engraved on the top. If I'm reading the hallmarks correctly they were made by W. R. Smiley, a London smith in 1848-49. They are in excellent condition. Shipping is $6.
