See scanStrictly a CINDERELLA issue. Produced by the Denhardt Brothers for a scheme in East Africa which never materialized. Never valid for postal purposes, although 'used" items exist. This is an example of such a Denhardt fabrication The 3 Rupee is the difficult item in the set, hard to find 1. This is only the second used copy I have come across in over 50 years of collecting !!
