I am the one and only owner of this book. I purchased it on 7/15/2003 from Easton Press for $123. A copy of the invoice is included in the pictures. The book has been well taken care of and is in Fine Condition. It is a massive book. The 608 pages are 8.5 by 11 inches in size and it weighs over six pounds. The pages are crisp and clean. The bindings are of genuine, premium-quality leather. The pages are of museum-quality acid-free paper and gilt-edged.
