You are bidding on a stylish and attractive handmade Echo of Deco ceramic mantel clock in a classic Art Deco inspired Chrysler Building design. Designed, made and hand glazed by Malcolm Akerman this clock is another success story from the British Echo Of Deco ceramic studios who have produced many highly creative and original Art Deco inspired designs. This clock has been hand glazed in Echo of Deco's amber glaze with Orange and yellow glaze highlights . The clock hands are black coloured metal. The Idea for this unique timepiece comes from creatively combining distinctive Art Deco lines with attractive elements of architectural design from the world famous Art Deco Chrysler building built in Manhattan, New York in the 1920's. This piece of individual ceramic art was handmade and designed at the Echo of Deco Studio / Art Pottery in the UK. Echo of Deco was founded by the British ceramic design team Russell and Malcolm Akerman and is a contemporary ceramic studio specializing in designing and individually handmaking original ceramic objects in the classic Art Deco style.
