Up for auction is a NICE example of an ‘ECLIPSE PATENT’ solid line-cut gutta-percha golf ball, manufactured by The WILLIAM CURRIE & CO. , circa 1877. T are several very light strike marks, and contains the original paint within the recessed lines. A real nice specimen of one of the oldest, and most sought-after line-cut gutta percha balls available, especially in this condition. Check out my other golf balls up for auction at this time.
