Own a piece of Wall Street history. This authentic model 35A self-winding ticker, serial # 9438, was manufactured by T. A. Edison, Inc. in the early 1900s (see photo of the serial number and "MF'D BY T. A. EDISON, INC. stamped into frame). It is in exactly the same condition as when I acquired it over 40 years ago. Nothing was done to polish, restore or alter the workings in any way. It has the original glass dome, no ink box or tape spool. I consider it to be in nice condition, particularly considering its age, but this is simply my opinion and not a professional judgement. I have included a variety of pictures showing different views which I believe accurately represent this item and should enable you to arrive at your own conclusion. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. If the quoted shipping cost appears high it's because it will be shipped in 2 cartons as the glass dome will be packed and shipped separately to avoid breakage. Payment by Pay Pal is due within 10 days of close of auction.
