This auction is for a EDNA HIBEL 13" PLATE TITLED FLOWER GIRL OF PROVENCE. THIS PLATE WAS ISSUED BY THE HIBEL MUSEUM OF ART TO COMMEMORATE THE OPENING OF THE MUSEUM IN 1977. It is in wonderful condition with no chips, flakes, cracks, or stains.I have a number of other interesting items on ebay auction (Click on "See Sellers Other Auctions") and will package items together to save shipping costs. Within the continental United States, the winning bidder of this auction pays US Postal Service Priority Mail shipping charges from zip code 12469 plus a $1.00 packaging and handling charge. New York State residents must add 8% sales tax or provide a resale certificate number. Shipping charges to foreign locations is determined by destination and a $1.00 packaging and handling charge will be added. Although every effort is made to securely wrap items for shipping, I do recommend the buyer purchase insurance to cover loss or damage.
