This is a new fresh to the market collection of various antique silver book marks, page markers, and or letter openers. They are all antique, original pieces, so have been used throughout their time, and as such each auction is being sold as a 'used' piece. Genuine silver book marks are very difficult to find these days, so a collection is great. This auction is for an Edwardian silver trowel bookmark / page marker, with an ornate top, again similar to that of a button hook. Hallmarked on the front for Birmingham 1908. Some silver solder by the handle and hallmark I believe, just look at the pics below, so maybe a small repair along time ago??Overall length approx. 90 mm.In 'used' condition, please take a look at all the pictures below, as well as my other bookmarks / page markers, thank you.
