This auction is for a 14" vinyl reproduction Patsy by Effanbee. I believe this outfit is Sunday Stroll- sweet dress of tiny blue floral print with narrow lace trim. She is wearing a white straw hat with blue ribbon trim- white gloves with blue lace trim- blue shoes and white socks. Patsy has rooted blonde hair. Her only flaw is a dent at the waist line- from a doll stand-does not show but it is a flaw that you should be aware of- I didn't realize it when I purchased her. I do not have her original box or COA. Non-smoking environment. Sorry no international shipping.
