EFFICIENCY MEDAL (TERRITORIAL) This is an original Efficiency Medal from the King George VI era (1936-1952). Named on the rim to T.1+54C53 Dvr. F. Butcher RASC. From my private collection. Both the medal and ribbon are in excellent condition. T his medal replaced the Territorial Efficiency Medal, the Militia Long Service and Good Conduct Medal and Commonwealth equivalents. The medal was awarded for 12 years service in British Territorial or Militia units or their Commonwealth counterparts. Service in wartime counted double. Please see our othe r items.
