This is an heavy weight, 8 day, clock that was made in West Germany by the Bell Clock Co. It has the wind-up key. The front turns off and is removable. The back is fastened with screws and is also removable.It is marked "Bell Clock Co., 86, Franz Hermie, Eleven Jewels, #132-071." It measures 7 inches across the front and 7-1/2 across the back. Front to back it measures 3-3/4 inches. It weighs approx. 6-1/4 pounds. The strike bell isn't working and would need repaired if you wanted the chime. The clock keeps good time.
