ELECTRO HARMONIX POLY FLANGE Thisauction is for an original Electro Harmonix Poly Flange pedal in excellent working order and fantastic cosmetic condition, complete with original box and paperwork. Dating from the late seventies to early eighties, these pedals are extremely rare and highly sought-after: Kurt Cobain used a Poly Chorus and Echo Flanger as part of his signature guitar sound with Nirvana (the Poly Flange is pretty much the same pedal - sonically identical to the Echo Flanger - and capable of nailing that sound) - his handwritten settings for certain songs are easily found online. There are very few scuffs and scratches for a 30 year old EH pedal (please see photos below) and it's in excellent working order and sounding fantastic - capable of a whole range of chorus/flange/adt effects, from subtle and thickening to downright crazy and wobbly. This is a great vintage EH pedal that would suit a collector, or a player looking for something out of the ordinary... It's a UK 240v model so will need a step-up transformer for USA/Canada. From : This is probably the swirlingest analog pedal made. It sounds similar to the "Small Clone" but has another couple of layers that you can set into motion.
