Here is a SET OF LEDs that are very clean - FULL SET ELECTRO-TECHS LEDS MADE FOR YOUR 3M OR MCCAIN PROGRAMABLE VISABILITY (PV) SIGNAL!!! I have found the Electro-Techs product to be of high quality. I have visited their offices and the founder indicates he designed the original LEDs for use in traffic signals. I was happy to pick up this very clean set of these. These look to be in very good condition, no burning from overheating of the LEDs! WOWZA, YOWZA, NOWZA! They are very efficient, so if you wish to run your 3M traffic signal for long periods of time or frequently, these are for you. The colors are terrific! I do not frequently come across this brand or style, so take advantage of this offering. These are in used but in overall very good condition. No major scratches or scuffs. Very clean!
