Elephant and Dragon Carved Hardwood King Size Double Bed Search This is one of the most unusual beds I have ever found, the tops of the head and foot ends have carved elephants marching over them. The panels have elaborate carved dragons on them, along with the side panels and uprights. The bed slips together very easily and comes in four parts for easy moving. I would guess the bed is Eastern in origin and the only ones I have found close to it retail for over �2000. The bed would look fantastic dressed with sari fabric to create a real Eastern look. The bed will come with a set of slats so all you need is a standard King size double mattress ( 5 feet wide ) to complete. This bed would sit well in a bedroom where this wonderful style of furniture is required. The bed is in great condition with only very minor marks that you would expect in an item of this age and is ready for use. The bed is 50" tall at the head, 27" at the foot and 14" from the ground , 79" long and 60" wide.
