This is a cute little clock, only standing about 3 inches. It is made by Elgin. I bought it around 1988 or tabouts but don't quote me on it. I know I've had it for a long, long time! The battery died and I didn't replace it, because I put it in a dresser drawer for safe-keeping. I believe it takes a regular watch battery. It is very detailed, as you can see, and has pretty little "crystals" on the rotating portion. It does rotate when the battery is working! The bottom base is velvet. The dome is hard plastic that resembles glass I will combine shipping if desired ... Do you want this shipped internationally?
