The white parallel bars are reflections of overhead lights, not flaws in the marquee. Shipping and handling via US Priority Mail is $7.50 for one marquee, $12.50 for 2 marquees, and $16.50 for 3 marquees paid for and able to be shipped in a single package. The batch of marquees that this item came from is used and in typical used condition unless otherwise noted. T will be minor nicks and light scratches, but overall these are useable and attractive marquees. They have not been cleaned or polished, and should look even better after that is done.
