A hardback copy of The Two Form-Captains by Elsie J Oxenham, published by Chambers in July 1921. First edition. There is a very little rubbing to the edge of the spine, and a small name to the front endpaper, but otherwise the book is in very good/excellent condition, the pages are clean and uncreased, and there is no foxing. All four plates by Percy Tarrant are present. This book introduces Karen and Tazy, who we later meet in The Abbey Girls go Back to School , and then later in the Abbey series.
