This auction is for a vintage art pottery Yorkshire terrier figurine from Elwill Pottery in London Ontario, a Canadian art pottery manufacturer, no longer in operation. Beautifully detailed with high glaze finish in colors of greens, browns and pale creams. Size : Roughly 4 1⁄4âe high to top of ears, roughly 2 1⁄2âe wide at base. Markings : Etched into base âeoeElwill Canadaâe 801 Condition : Excellent condition. No chips, cracks or repairs. T are some glaze bumps which would have occurred in the manufacture. On close examination with magnifying glass I observed some very minor crazing to the body. I mention this for accuracy.
