This magnificient black amethyst carnival glass master bowl is a spectacular example of Australiana featuring the Emu with , flannel flowers etc.These bowls were made by The Crown Crystal Glass Co Australia circa 1920.They are considered rare & hard to find.This example has great detail in the mould work with perfect iridescence & is in very good condition.T are 2 tiny nicks less than pin head size around the lower part of the legs which are really not worth a mention but I do so for complete accuracy of description.Size is 25cms across & 8 cms high. It is a georgeous piece, the iridescence speaks for it self, just see the photos.T is a reasonable reserve, you can bid with confidence on this top class piece of Carnival & all questions are welcome.
