DOME ENAMELED REFLECTOR SHADE Up for bid vintage enameled/porcelain light shade and fixture. This shade was made for industrial use and to reflect light downward. This shade/fixture is authentic and was removed from a building and replaced with new fixtures. This fixture still has the porcelain socket and takes a standard base bulb and rated at 660W 600V. This fixture measures 12 1/4" total heigth, 9-1/4 " high to top of white funnel shape fitter and 3" of SMOOT HOLMAN NO. 12 aluminum receptacle and plate, wired and ready to connect to a 4" box. This dome fixture measures 16" diameter and has a black bead rim. The manufacturing label "Smoot Holman Electric Company, Inglewood, California", is still intact, although, somewhat scratched. The exterior is in white and white interior with a black bead rim. No chips, no dents, no scratches, no paint splatter - absolutely perfect except at the seam where the reflecter attaches to the dome there appears to be a off-white touch-up paint dabbed on where in the enameling process some pin holes spots were missed, although a slightly different white (see pictures).
