ENAMELED SILVER SOUVENIR SPOON OF MESSINA SICILY The bowl of the spoon depicts the ruins of the Duomo, or cathedral, of Messina. At the center of the tip is the trinacria, a Sicilian national symbol which has the head of Medusa at the center of 3 legs representing the 3 capes of Sicily. The spoon is marked 800 on the reverse for 800 purity silver. The spoon is in good condition. T are 2 chips to the enamel at the end of the bowl of the spoon. Otherwise, the spoon is in great shape.
