This auction is for an Encore Knobby sysex capable MIDI controller. You can control all of your softsynths, or your DX7, TX81z, DW8000, JX8P, or any other knobless/sliderless hardware synth with this controller. The Knobby has 8 potentiometer type rotary controllers organised in 15 banks. That's 120 controllers in one box. The key advantages of the Knobby are that it is built like a tank, has a small footprint, has twice the resolution of more expensive competitors, and is lightning fast due to its excellent 8 MIPS RISC processor. This unit is essentially brand new and unused in pristine condition. It has been tested as fully working, but not used live or for recording—I sold the TX synths I was intending to use with it.
