This is I think initial Engineer's Report of the Poso Irrigation District in Kern County, near Delano, California dated 1888. It says Francis Bridges, Chief Engineer, but he also uses Lyman and that is stamped at the top, he was also the Chief Engineer for the Ocean Shore Railroad and Central Pacific. Report has a great tipped in folded map of Kern County, showing in red the Poso Irrigation District. Also shows the Southern Pacific Railroad line. with cities of Poso, Kimberlena, and Lerdo. Map was done by Britton & Rey of San Francisco and it is in good shape with a few stains out of map on left border, Dimensions of map are approx 15 by 11. Report is 8 pages long with list of directors and others, pages of description, list of construction for waterworks, etc. Report is in fair condition with smudging and staining on covers and some pages. $3 packaged and shipped anyw in the U.S with USPS mail. Insurance is required. Will ship out of country at actual cost at buyers risk with insurance in most cases. not available. Paypal or personal checks.
