Description: Large, well-executedstoneware vase with repeating designs in a band around the center – brown &black “tenmoku” style glaze. Maker: Leach (St. Ives) Pottery and Kenneth Quick seals, I believe – hard to read. Dimensions: Approximately 10.5 inches tall Condition: EXCELLENT used condition, no issues - please see photos. Note: Kenneth Quick (1931-1963) joined the Leach Pottery in 1945 at the age of fourteen. In 1955 he left to set up his own pottery, Tregenna Hill Pottery. Quick returned to the St Ives Pottery in 1960. He was drowned in an accident in Japan in 1963. Kenneth Quick's work is highly regarded. -------------------------------------------------- These pictures were taken in a photo tent, both with and without flash. Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail in the continental United States and normally by International Priority Mail elsewhere. Insurance is included in the flat shipping fee of $15 domestic and $55 international. To any destination, if the actual cost is less than the flat fee, I will refund the over-payment .
