BEST OFFER IS FOR MULTIPLE SHOVELS! BEST OFFERS FOR SINGLE SHOVELS WILL BE IMMEDIATE DECLINED! Up for bidding is an AMES military entrenching tool (e-tool) folding shovel. These have the authentic Ames stamping on them, along with the year of manufacture and US on the opposing side. They look very good with some signs of use (light scratches in the paint, some light rusting, and a little dirty), but they do function perfectly due to being lubricated at the folding points and within the tightening/adjustment knob. The one in the first picture is one that I cleaned and re-painted with Krylon flat black paint. You could do this too and have a brand new looking shovel. Myself, I just toss one in each of my vehicles and I'm not concerned with the appearance.They include an OD green colored plastic carrier w/ ALICE clips attached. Carriers are in fair to good condition with definite signs of use up to and including scratching and marring, small holes, and rusty buttons and some have DRMO written on them (this can be removed easily). Either way, they're shovels designed to be used in the dirt and out in the elements. If you're that concerned with appearance, then you might not need the shovel after all :) I have some that have a lot more rust in them but could easily be cleaned up an painted that I'll sell fir $15...just send the offer
