Vintage Epiphone EA-250 hollowbody electric guitar modified for a left handed player. This Epiphone was made by ARIA at the Matsumoku plant in Japan. It had been spraypainted black when I bought it and I had a luthier friend of mine move the control knobs to fit my left handed playing. He doweled the holes for the control knobs and the input jack but left the pickup selector hole where it was originally which suited me fine. Anyway, I ended up playing this guitar for a couple of years and then thought about refinishing it. I carefully hand sanded the body and found the original EA-250 cherry burst paint underneath the black spraypaint. My intention was to sand down to the wood and refinish this body, I have spent quite a bit of time doing this. I have since moved and couldn't find this body for quite a while and so I ended up selling all of the parts that came with this guitar. This is all I have left. It can be refinished to accommodate a lefty player or dowel up the lefty holes and refinish for a right handed player. There is one part inside of the cutaway where part of the binding had cracked, but it is still intact and not loose at all. Body is structurally sound. This is a project guitar. If you're a lefty, here's your chance to get your hands on a very cool and worthy project and vintage piece as well...they did not make any read more
