This is a large claim to make for oneself, but in this case I believe it to be a true one: there is something mage-like - or magical - about Eric Hebborn.' And so continues the fascinating look into the world of this master forger and most talented of artists. In this catalogue Julian Hartnoll discusses his reasons for letting the 'poacher' enter the realm of the gamekeeper and putting on a show of the work of a man who so completely duped the art world. The works speak for themselves though. This catalogue is 'new' - from a package that has only just been unwrapped and is Fine - unmarked, untouched and no age marks.
