This Auction is for a: W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company & Ertl Collectibles Ertl 1951 Ford Pickup Truck with a Case xx Small Coke Bottle with Smooth Bone Cranberry Handles This Seventh Edition Ertl ™ Truck from W.R Case and Sons Cutlery Company is a highly detailed 1/25 scale die cast metal replica of a 1951 Ford Pickup. It is painted a striking Silver and Blue and decorated with nostalgic Case Logos and the design for the Case Silver Script Shield which is featured in the Cranberry Bone Small Coke Bottle Knife (6225 ½ SS). The knife’s bolster is engraved with the “Long Tailed C” Serial Number, 2,280 of 2,500. The paint design includes Blue Fenders and Tire Rack in the Bed and a Silver Body, Hood, and Main Truck Bed. This truck has Chrome Bumpers and the other standard Trim Parts including special Chrome Wheels, (the outside mirrors and one rear light are in a plastic bag in the box). The Tire Rack has the Case Silver Script Shield Design and on both doors have “W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co., Incorporated”. Included in the Limited Edition Set is a Case xx Small Coke Bottle Knife with Smooth Bone Cranberry Handles with Nickel Silver Bolsters and Shield with Brass Pins and Blade Liners. The shield is an Inlayed Oval with a Case xx like those used on Silver Script knives. The knife has 2 Blades; a Clip and Spear made from Case Tru-Sharp Surgical Stainless Steel with a Polished Finish. The Pattern # for this knife is “6225 ½ SS” and the Ertl Product Number for the Truck is “20498P”. This Limited Edition Ertl Truck and matching Case xx Knife Set is in Mint condition with both the truck and knife is mint Condition, the Original COA and Box are also in mint condition making this set a great buy. This Ertl Pickup and Case xx Commemorative Set is in Mint Condition and appears to have Never Been Used nor has the knife been Used, Carried or the Blades Sharpened.
