This is a WW11 Fleet razor blade. These were to be used to aid military personnel in escapes during the war as the blades were magnetised. The arrows when floated on or suspended above water would always point to North. In excellent condition with marks only from storage. This escape and evasion razor blade is mentioned in the book “ MI9-Escape & Evasion 1939-45” by J. M. Langley please study the photos as they form the main part of the description ( see scans ) Ideal for living History re-enactment or museum display all in all in excellent condition Please look at my other items for sale payment within 3 days of end of auction
